We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland. There is no minimum order value required — all our products are delivered to your door at no extra cost.
Order Processing
Found the perfect item on our site? We’ll make sure it gets to you as soon as possible. Here's what to expect:
- Once your order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days to process. If you order on a weekday, it’s usually handled the same day. Orders placed on Friday evening or the weekend may take a bit longer.
- After processing, the parcel is shipped and typically arrives within 4–6 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email within a few days so you can monitor your shipment through our logistics partner. You can also track your order status on our Track & Trace page.

Received a Damaged Product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Occasionally, items may be damaged in transit. If that happens, we’ll send you a new item at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided on the first report, but if the issue occurs again, we will refund your purchase in full.

On the "Shipping" page, you'll see a summary of your details and confirmation that shipping is completely free — it’s our way of thanking you. Then, click "Continue to Payment."

Lost Shipment?
If your package is lost or undeliverable due to logistics issues, we’ll resend it once before offering a refund. If the order does not arrive within 60 days from dispatch, it may be returned.
